The
holiday-home can accommodate 2 - 8 people.
It's location gives an open view to the Rothaar Mountains. This location and
it's grounds promise a relaxing holiday away from hectic everyday life.
Unfortunately, because of the sloping position of the house, it is not suitable
for disabled people and/or wheelchair access.
Children can play in the grounds without any worry, a travel-bed and highchair
are available.
Wellbehaved dogs are also welcome.
A garage is situated at the side of the house which will have room besides your car or motorcycle for bicycles and skies. Two cars can also be parked in front of the garage, one behind the other.
A
booking of the house for 2 persons makes all the groundfloor available for
use, with laundry facilities in the cellar and the use of all the garden.
Access to other rooms is not possible.
For any additional persons (e.g. 2 persons) another room will be at your disposal
with all the standards previously mentioned.
All rooms can be accessed via the stairs to the groundfloor and also have
seperate entrances and exits to the outside.
The main apartment (Cuckoo's Nest) with the large balcony
is situated on the MIDDLE FLOOR.
2 bedrooms (Swallow's Nest and Tit's Nest) each with its own shower and W.C. are on the UPPER FLOOR.
Another bedroom (Fox Hole) for 2 persons, also with own shower and W.C. is located on the LOWER FLOOR.
Two terraces and the balcony, all facing south, offer complete relaxation.
Should the weather be cold you can feel warm and cosy near the tiled stove in the living area.
FURNISHINGS
We took care not to spoil the special charm of the house when we furnished it. Aolidly built-in furniture and new furniture harmonise together which will give you that "at home" feeling right from the beginning of your stay.
